WOC Boot Camp!

West Omaha Chiropractic has sponsored several Boot Camp sessions in the past. Kathy and Raquel have led participants in this outdoor exercise program for 4 years. A variety of exercises including stretching, circuit training, jogging/walking, and resistance training are all incorporated into each session and are structured for all levels of physical ability. Great results can be noticed after only 4 WEEKS! Fitness assessments, a spinal exam, and X-rays (if needed) are all included in the fee. Boot Camp sessions are held at Lake Zorinsky.
